Surviving Sun, Sand, and Van Life with a Half-Broken Routine

Alright, buckle up, because this isn’t your typical “sun, sand, and van” nonsense. This is the raw, unfiltered reality of trying to keep your mind and body in check while living out of a tin can on wheels. Summer’s out there, looming like a great, sweaty beast, waiting to slap us with its relentless heat and blinding rays. But for now? It’s time to face the grim, ugly truth: routine.

Yeah, I said it. Routine. Exercise. Study. Eat something green for once. The body’s already protesting, groaning like a hangover that won’t quit, reminding me that slacking off comes at a price. Uni’s back in the picture, and there’s no getting around it. The textbooks are there, mocking me, daring me to crack them open and give a damn.

Motivation, though—that elusive phantom—has been playing hard to get. And let me tell you, without it, this whole “van life” experiment might just implode like a cheap fireworks show. Health? Yeah, yeah, healthy body, healthy mind—I’ve heard it all before. But the truth is, if I don’t find some way to jumpstart this thing, it will be nothing but roadhouse snacks, skipped workouts, and half-assed study sessions.

So here we are. The road stretches out, summer taunts from the horizon, and I’m standing at the edge of it all, wondering if I’ve got what it takes to keep the wheels turning—both on the van and in my brain—time to put up or shut up.
